Very nice apartment with everything you need for a short stay - well equipped kitchenette, bathroom, TV. Nice and warm. Good communication with hosts, very quick response to a couple of questions on arrival. Building felt safe and secure. We were on opposite side to the train tracks and had no disturbance from noise. Very close to train station (2 minute walk) with easy travel into Berlin centre (about 20 mins). We were happy to return each day, very comfortable.

I think most of the comments for this facility are to harsh Its written in description that its near train station and as well they provide ear plugs for you. In the room was everything you needed for cooking pan, cutlery, plates etc. its near train station so it was really easy for us to travel to other places in the city. Yes its a bit worn off and walls could use some freshen up. But for the price you paying you can complain much. But overall it was oky and would come back. Its perfect for one or two people.

The room had everything for a comfortable stay: towels, a stove, lots of dishes, a coffee machine, a stove, and pots.The room was spacious for two people. The hotel is located right next to the metro station, and there is a shop within walking distance.Ideal option for introverts during the visit I didn't communicate with any stuff at all.

The location is top! The rooms where on the street side, thats why they were not as bright and beautiful as on the pictures, but still really nice and like described! Maybe the walls need a little bit of a renovation to look as beautiful as in the pictures, but I can’t be mad, it was good!

I was emailed the code to access the entrance and room which made checking in very quick. Fantastic location right by the station next to supermarkets and shops. I really enjoyed the view from the window and the shower was fantastic! Very chic and stylish layout with a fridge, microwave and hob if you wanted it and a little area next to the bed to chill out.

It was very close to the uban/sban.we didn't have to wait for transportation. We could cook.All the necessary cooking utensils were in the apartment. Very close to supermarket.

Location, cleanliness, facilities as specified. Everything that you need: sleep ok (it is near a train station but that we knew and it is not that loud), small kitchen with all that you need for food, coffee, tea, location great near Neukolln station, easy to access all parts of the city. Easy access in the building.

The location was fantastic. Right next to an S-Bahn and Ubahn station (Neukölln). The room was clean and. Its bathroom was great. It had a kitchenette. Highly recommended.

Good apartment for family with nearby resturants and train station. Great access and you can go to any place and come back whenever you want due to excellent access from train station. Some shops close to this location open 24x7 even andon Sunday as well which is a great advantage.
